We offer classes for boys and girls from age 1 through 5. Our pre-school coaches are all USAG National Safety Certified and have a number of years experience coaching pre-school gymnastics. We provide feedback to the child and parents on a regular basis.
We are focused on assisting the child with developing:
Gross and fine motor skills
Hand and eye coordination
Balance
Confidence
Self Esteem
Rhythm
The ability to follow basic directions
Students will be introduced to the basic gymnastics skills. Each class begins with basic stretching and loco motor movements. This is a very important part of gymnatics - to be sure that the child is warmed up physically and mentally for his / her class. We play toddler music during pre-school classes. We play games and use hula hoops, balls, and the parachute. We set up stations and activities that keep the children moving...this adds to the fitness aspect of the lesson and keeps the children entertained and occupied. Keeping the children moving helps minimize discipline problems that may occur while waiting for their turn. We try to eliminate A LONG WAIT TIME to alleviate many of these problems.
CLASSES
All Classes are $185 per 12 week session with the exception of the Tiny Tumblers and Funtyme Programs
Tiny Tumblers (with a parent) 1TT = 12-24 mos. (must be walking) or 2TT = 2-3 yrs. old with a parent 30 min. of fun and exercise, basic gymnastics circuits including bars, rings, trampoline, vault table, and balance beam with a parent. $144/session T: 11:15 = 2TT W: 10:30 = 1TT 1TT & 2TT = Sat: 9:15
3 Yr Old Gymnastics (with a parent) 45 min. of a more structured and graduated level from Tiny Tumblers. T: 1:15 W: 9:15, 1:15 F: 9:15, 10:15 Sat: 10:00, 11:00
Kindergarten/4&5 Yr Old Gymnastics (without parent) One hour of a more independent, structured and graduated level from the 3 yr. old gymnastics class. T: 10:00, 1:00 W: 1:00 Th: 10:00, 1:00 Sat: 9:45, 10:45
Full Day Kindergarten GymnasticsA Kindergarten/4&5 Yr. Old Gymnastics class that is reserved for the full day schooled child. Tues, Wed, or Fri @ 3:45 pm
Gymtyme Funtyme (1-5 yrs. old w/ parent) This hour of fun and free play using our preschool equipment allows the child to get a good work-out with supervision. Siblings receive a $1.00/hr. discount. Limit: 3 children to 1 parent. $60.00/6 weeks W, Th: 11:30

BE ON TIME - This gives your child the 5-10 minutes they need to prepare themselves mentally and physically for their gymnastics class.
WARM-UPS are a VERY IMPORTANT part of gymnastics; please be on time...we cannot stress this enough!
If you are SICK, please remember the rest of the group is sharing the equipment. Make-Up classes are available. You can attend another class anytime during the week as long as it is not full.
Assist your child when using the restrooms and changing rooms.
